I am so excited to introduce the "Turning Tides" pendant! This gorgeous pendant features a beautiful, all-natural, high-grade Sand Hill turquoise teardrop from Turquoise Moose. 14k gold-filled studs accent the piece, adding warmth and interest to the design, while hand-bent, sterling silver bar hugs the bottom of the turquoise. Finally, a moon phase featuring a stunning, rose-cut moonstone rests below.
Sand Hill Turquoise, originally from Henan, north of the famous Yungai Turquoise, have beautiful earthy-hued properties. With a soft and pale appearance, these gems sure know how to stand out (description from Turquoise Moose website).
* Please note that gold-filled is NOT the same as gold-plated. Gold-filled pieces have 100x more gold alloy than gold-plated, making the layer of gold much thicker and resistant to scratching, more durable, and far less susceptible to wear and tear. *
This necklace comes with 16" sterling silver, marquis bar chain, and measures approximately 1.65" from the top to bottom.
You will receive the necklace pictured.
Composed 100% of fine and sterling silver (except for the 14k gold-filled studs)
Please note that moonstone can look very different depending on the lighting and/or angle
Handmade with lots and lots of love ♥

Care instructions: Please handle all handmade jewelry delicately, with care. Pieces should NOT be submerged under water, especially for prolonged periods of time. Pieces should also NOT be exposed to any kinds of chemicals. Exposure to chemicals in soap, household cleaning products, and others can damage or change the integrity of the stones and/or metals. Please take your piece off before washing hands, swimming, exercising, or any type of rigorous activity. All pieces have been given a patina, sanded, and polished, to bring out details and create additional depth, and can be re-polished with a paste created by mixing baking soda and water. While cleaning, please take extra care to avoid rubbing the paste on the stone(s), as this can damage the stone(s).
